Forwarding emails that are being delivered to an address hosted on your Windows (WSP) package to another can be done via your control panel. Please note that this is not your customer zone.

Once you are logged in, hold the cursor over “Mail” and select “Accounts”

Select the email address you wish to add the forwarding rule to.

Enter the address you wish to forward incoming email to and save.

You’ll notice that there is an option to “Delete Message on Forward”. This can be enabled if you do not want to impact the mailbox size while having the same email forwarded elsewhere.
