If you allow a certificate to expire, the certificate becomes invalid, and you will no longer be able to run secure transactions on your website.
The Certification Authority (CA) will prompt you to renew your SSL certificate prior to the expiration date.
An expired SSL Certificate is dangerous for your website and may lead to phishing scams, a decrease in sales, lack of user's trust and more.

After your SSL certificate expired, you will need to place an order for a new SSL certificate if you wish to remove the certificate errors on your website address.

To manage/view your SSL certificates, you can login to your Customer Zone

Once logged into the customer zone on the menu you can click on Services > My Services or you can click on the Services button in the middle.

On the My Products & Services page, to view your ssl products, you can use the search bar and search for ssl to view your SSL Certificate products.

Here you will now be able to view all your SSL certificates that are active, expired or cancelled etc.

How to place an order for a new SSL Certificate

If you see an SSL certificate has expired, you need to place a new order.
To place a new order you can go to https://1-grid.com/comodo-ssl-certificates/ 

From here you can choose which SSL certificate you wish to order and click on Order Now below the SSL Certificate product.

Once you have placed your order and made the payment  for the invoice, your SSL certificate will be activated momentarily.
