There's more than one way to create an email account but the method depends on the package you have.

If you are making use of the cPanel platform then there is another way you are able to create email accounts and that is via your customer zone

Once you are logged in you can follow these steps:

1. Click on Services



2. Click on Manage Product next to the hosting package you wish to create the email address on.


3. Click on Email accounts in the menu below


4. Enter the details you wish to use for the email address



Congratulations! You have successfully created an email address. You are now able to access it via webmail or set it up in Outlook.
