Please note that this guide only refers to reseller accounts.

 

As a reseller, you have the ability to suspend your customers’ accounts for any valid reason.


This can be achieved by logging into WHM and listing the account you wish to suspend.


In the search field you can type “list accounts” and select the option that’s displayed below:



Expand the options on the left-hand side of the domain you wish to suspend:



You should see the option to suspend the account now. A reason for suspension can be entered as well, to better manage your customers’ accounts. 



As soon as the account is suspended, an email will be sent to the “contact email” address.
