This quick guide will take you through the steps of changing your debit order details.
1. Log in to your 1-grid Customer Zone.
2. Click on “Edit My Account Details”.
You will see a drop-down menu for “payment method”. Please ensure that you select “My Debit Details”.
3. Select the “Billing” option in the drop-down menu then select “My Debit Details”.
4. Enter your Bank account details
Read the Mandate details that follows.
5. The last step is to tick the checkbox and then click “Submit Bank Details”.
6. Lastly, you will need to update payment method that is currently set on your account.
