This guide will take you through the steps of resetting your customer zone password.
1. Visit the Customer Zone and then click on the “Forgot Password?”.
2. Enter your customer contact email address and click on “Submit”
You’ll be asked to enter your answer to a security question if one was set. Please note that the answer is case sensitive.
If you had answered the questions incorrectly, it would not allow you to change the password for your account and you would need to contact email@example.com for further assistance.
If you have entered the questions correctly, you can now enter your new password.
You will receive an email if you don’t have any security questions set.
3. Click on link to reset your password.
4. Click on “Save Changes” after entering your new details.
