WHM: How to upgrade / downgrade cPanel Accounts

This article provides you with information on how to upgrade or downgrade cPanel account via your WHM.

Step 1- Login to WHM

Step 2 - Click on List Accounts

Step 3 - Next to the relevant account click +

Step 4 - Choose the new package for domain and click Upgrade/ Downgrade
