This quick guide will take you through the steps to log in to webmail. This feature allows you to check your email from any PC with an Internet connection from anywhere in the world. Unlike an email program, this requires no settings before it can be utilised.
*Please make sure that you do not save the password when working from an Internet cafe or other publicly accessible computers.
1. In your browser simply type:
Replace “example.co.za” with your actual domain name. Insert your email address and its password so that you are able to log in.
Users will see the following screens:
2. Choose a webmail application.
2. You should now be able to view your mailbox / inbox now.
You can also access this directly from your control panel:
1. Once you are logged in, click on “Email Accounts”.
2. Click on “Check Email”.
That’s it! You should now be logged in to webmail.
