This guide provides you with steps to fix the Missing PHP extension error in cPanel.
Step 1 - Login to cPanel

Step 2 - Click Select PHP Version under Software section.
Step 3 - Make sure that the mysqli and mysqlnd are enabled.
TIP: Should the extensions be enabled and you are still receiving this error please try updating your PHP versions as per steps provided here.
