This guide will take you through the steps of updating a contact email address linked to a cPanel account within WHM. Please note that this is strictly for resellers with WHM access.
All account modification notifications are sent to the contact email address listed in WHM. This is initially set when the cPanel account is created. Should your customer ask to have this changed, you need to follow these steps:
1. Search for “list accounts” and select the option that is displayed below:
2. Expand the options on the left-hand side of the account you wish to change:
3. You should now see the option to “change contact email” now. Enter the new address and click on the “Change” option.
