This article provides you with information on how to restore your domain from a backup via Plesk.
NOTE: This option will only be visible if you opted for the backup addon upon signup.
Step 1- Login to Plesk.
- Login with username and password received when you completed your subscription.
Step 2 - Click on Backup Manager.
Step 3 - Click on Backup date you want to restore
Step 4 - Select options and click Restore
- You have the option to restore all content or a combination of options: Domain configuration, Virtual host content, Databases, and Mail.
- Please note that the Mail option only restores mail configuration such as email passwords and forwarders and not actual email data. Email data is stored on a separate server so requests for email data to be restored must be sent to email@example.com.
