This article provides you with information on how to delete emails from within SmarterMail webmail.
Step 1- Login to Plesk's SmarterMail.
- On any internet browser go to https://mail.yourdomain.co.za/
- Login with your email and password you created on your Plesk Control Panel.
Step 2 - Click on Inbox (Or the folder you wish to delete emails from)
Step 3 - Select the emails you you wish to delete by clicking on them and click Delete.
- Deleted item are moved to your "Deleted Items" folder.
- Should you wish to permanently delete the emails you will select this folder and click "Delete All in Folder"
