This guide provides you with steps to Updated your security question on your profile. When contacting support they will use this security question to verify that they are speaking to the account holder.

Step 1- Login to your 1-grid Customer zone.

Step 2- In the Your Info area click on Update

Step 2- Click on Security Settings

Step 3- Choose your security question from the dropdown.

Step 4 - Enter the answer to your security question and click save changes.

TIP: It is very important to keep your security information up to date.
