This article provides you with steps to locate your Outlook data file pst for POP3 or ost for IMAP. This article will come in handy should you wish to backup or move you data file to a new computer. This guide is for Outlook 2013 / 2016
Step 1 – Open your Outlook and Click on File
Step 2 – Click on Account Settings
Step 3 – Select the relevant email account and click on Data Files
Step 4 - Click on Open File location.
INFO: You will not be copy the pst / ost file while our Outlook application is open. Be sure to close your Outlook before attempting to copy the data file.
