Customer Zone: How to check credit balance ?

This article provides you with steps to check your credit balance on your 1-grid account.
Step 1- Login to your 1-grid Customer zone.
Step 2- Scroll down to Available Credit section
- Your credit amount is shown in bold e,g R420.00 which can be used to pay outstanding invoices or order new services
- If there is no credit on the account the amount will be displayed as R0.00.
