This article provides you with information on how to setup and start Zoom meetings.



Step 1 - Create an Account

Step 2 - Customize your personal meeting ID


When you create a Zoom account, you're automatically assigned a Personal Meeting ID. We recommend editing this to a number you'll find easy to remember, such as your phone number. You can also use a Personal Link (that is, a URL incorporating a meaningful word or phrase, sometimes called a vanity URL),




Step 3 - Create a recurring Meeting


  • Log into zoom
  • From the left menu, select Meetings.
  • Click Schedule a New Meeting.

  • Adjust the following settings:
    • Topic: A meeting topic (for example, "Recurring Meeting")
    • Recurring meeting: Check the Recurring meeting box and change the selection for "Recurrence" to No Fixed Time.
  • Adjust any other settings as desired.
  • Click Save.
