Customer Zone: How to log a new Support Ticket?

This article provides you with information on how to log a new support ticket via your 1-grid Customer Zone.
Step 1- Login to your 1-grid Customer Zone.
Step 2 - Go to Support > Tickets
Step 3 - Click Open Ticket and select the department
Step 4 - Complete the ticket form and click Submit
