Select the date range of emails you wish to restore (only emails within that date range will be restored)
Select the destination. You are able to restore emails to a specific folder.
Click on Start Restore
That's it! You have now started to restore your emails.
Please note that emails that were originally in other folders e.g. sent items, will be restored to a "sent items" subfolder under your Inbox. You may have to reopen your email address or email application to see it.
