This Article will show you how to import PST file into Outlook




Step 1.  Click the File tab in Outlook







Step 2. Click on Open

 






Step 3. Click on Import












Step 4. In the Import and Export Wizard, Click on Import from another program or file, and then click Next










Step 5.  Click on Outlook Data File .PST and then click Next

 







Step 6. Click on Browse, then choose the file to import ( Please Note under Options, It would be recommended that you click Do Not Import Duplicates unless you want the imported information to be replaced or duplicate items in Outlook ) Click Next after











Step 7. Set Options for Importing items. The Default settings usually don't need to be changed.












Personal Folders, Outlook Data File , or your email address is selected Automatically. Include Subfolders is selected by Default. All folders under the folder selected will be imported. The default selection of Import items into the same folder in the matches the folders from the imported file to the folders in Outlook. If a folder does not exist in Outlook, one will be created.






Step 8. Click on Finish
