This guide provides you with step by step instruction on how to setup video conferencing.
Step 1 - Login to Email Pro
- On any internet browser go to https://mail01.1-grid.com/
- Login with your email and password
Step 2 - Click on Team Workspaces
Step 3 - Click on New, complete Workspace details and click Save.
- Creating a password is optional should you wish to control access to Workspace.
Step 4 - Click Open Workspace
Step 5 - Start inviting participants to your Workspace.
- You are able share the meeting link by email once the participants receive the link the are able to joint the video conference.
IMPRORTANT: To ensure that you and other participants are able to join the video conference please click on the padlock in your browser and make sure the settings reflect as per below under site settings.
